In my studio, I have created a space that is perfect for little ones and big ones alike. It's a warm, inviting space, with a beautiful view out onto the tree tops. You can browse my collection of hand crafted merino and angora bonnets, artisan tiebacks, and beautifully soft blankets and wraps, or choose from my selection of unique or vintage props for your shoot. 

I have both dark and light wooden floor boards to add a natural, earthy feel to your photos, and I have professional photography papers, in classic colours to provide the perfect backdrop. My studio reflects my style - natural materials, classic colours and tones, and simple setups. That's what I have in my mind when I set work creating the look for your photos. I love to create timeless, beautiful images, with your lovely faces as the focus! 

And as always, I have my little studio assistant Anja to help me make sure everything is set up perfectly and ready to go! 

Yesterday I spent most of the morning setting my studio back up, while Anja had a long nap (thank you little one!). So while I was there, I decided to get it ready for her and take the opportunity to get some shots of her sitting, a skill she has not long mastered! After a bit of lunch, we headed upstairs for a quick mini session. 

I love doing sitter shots, because there's really no need for loads of props or posing - as this age they are so engaged and animated! You can really just get the baby sat in front of the camera, and then starting making the most ridiculous noises you can to get that smile! Although, to be fair, Anja was so pleased with herself sitting on her little bed, she didn't need much entertaining!
