Self-Isolation SHOOTS #3 - SMITH FAMILy

Photography is so subjective. What I love and see in an edit, might not be the style you love. Which is why there is nothing more pleasing than a family that comes back you year after year for their family photographs. Firstly, it is so special to be able to develop a special bond with their little ones, and get to see them now and change. Each session becomes more fun as the barriers are immediately down, they know what to expect from you and you from them, and you get to have a good old catch up along the way!

However, there is also the added benefit that it gives you a good boost of confidence to know you are producing a photography product that will keep people coming back for more. For me, client relationships and making my lovely clients feel conformable with me, and happy with what I deliver is top of my list of things to achieve from a session. When they want to see me again and keep coming back for more, I feel like I've nailed it. 

My return client list is steadily growing, but this special family has to be one of my most photographed, so I was so delighted when they managed to bag a spot on my corona self-isolation give away. It was the double bonus of working with clients that I love to see, and giving something back to them in the process! 

So here is a little overview of the gallery from lovely Smith Family, just doing what they do, in the beautiful woods where they live in Brandenburg (triple, double bonus for the amazing location on their doorstep!) There were so many beautiful family moments to share, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed doing the session.
